Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is typically one 20'ft container per item. However, we do offer some flexibility. For straightforward, easy-to-produce products, the MOQ can be as low as 3 products mixed in a single 20'ft container. For larger or more complex items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
We offer two convenient payment options:
We charge for both samples and their freight. The sample cost is typically double the FOB price, plus express charges, unless otherwise discussed. If samples are shipped via express, we will charge the prepaid cost. If samples are included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost is incurred, but we still charge for the samples themselves.
We welcome OEM & ODM production requests. Feel free to share your specific requirements with us.
Our standard packing uses 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. Should you have any specific packing requirements, please inform us before we prepare your quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with any third parties.
b. Designs provided by us, or those you select from our offerings, are confidential and must not be shared with other vendors or providers.
a. Customers are responsible for testing the products themselves. We offer free samples for this purpose. You may appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will assist with all related testing issues. Customers are responsible for covering the testing costs, and the final certificates will bear their names.
b. We recommend the following labs for testing: SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our production adheres to various international standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the target market.
a. Provide us with the item codes of the products you are interested in. To facilitate an effective quotation, please limit your selection to no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer products you select, the faster we can provide a quotation. If you inquire about 3 or fewer products, we will respond with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to the extensive range of our products and the variations in standards, sizes, exchange rates, and raw material costs. Instead, we provide a customized quotation based on your specific inquiry.
