Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is one 20'ft container per item. However, we offer flexibility with our MOQ: for straightforward products, the MOQ may be three items mixed in a single 20'ft container. For larger or more complex items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.

Payment Term

We offer two convenient payment options to suit your needs:

• T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining 70% balance payable within 7 days upon receipt of the B/L copy.
• L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.

Sample Policy

Sample charges include the cost of the sample plus freight. Samples cost double the FOB price or as negotiated, plus any express shipping charges. If samples are sent by express, the prepaid cost will be charged. If samples are included in an ordered shipment/container, freight costs are waived, but sample charges still apply.

OEM & ODM Services

We welcome OEM & ODM production requests. Share your specific requirements with us, and we'll tailor our production to meet your needs.

Packing Details

Our default packing method is using sturdy 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. If you have unique packing requirements, please inform us before we issue a quotation.

Confidentiality Agreement

a. Designs provided by you will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.

b. If you select our designs or we provide them, you are prohibited from sharing these designs with any other vendor or provider.

Product Testing

a. Customers are responsible for product testing. We offer free samples for testing purposes. You may designate a testing lab in China, and we will assist with all testing-related matters. Customers are responsible for testing costs, and the final certificates will bear their names.

b. We recommend using reputable labs such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.

c. Our production adheres to standards like ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, catering to different countries and regions.

Product Selection Guide

a. Please provide item codes for the products you're interested in. For an effective quotation, select up to 10 products.

b. The fewer products you inquire about, the quicker our response. For inquiries about up to 3 products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.

c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive product range and variability in standards, sizes, exchange rates, and raw material costs. Quotations are tailored based on your specific inquiry.
