Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is typically one 20'ft container per item. However, there are exceptions to accommodate varying product types. For easily producible items, the MOQ may consist of three different products mixed into one 20'ft container. Conversely, larger items that occupy substantial space may limit the quantity to around 100 pieces per 20'ft container. Additionally, complex items requiring molds necessitate an MOQ of one 20'ft container per item.
We provide two flexible payment options:
Samples and their freight costs are chargeable. The sample cost is typically double the FOB price or can be discussed, plus express charges. If samples are sent via express delivery, we will charge the prepaid cost. If included in an ordered shipment/container, there will be no additional freight cost; however, the sample itself will still incur a charge.
We proudly accept and specialize in both OEM & ODM production.
Our standard packaging consists of 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. Should you have specific packaging requirements, please inform us prior to quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
b. If we provide or you select our designs, you are prohibited from releasing these designs to any other vendor or provider.
a. Upon ordering, you have the option to test the product yourself. We offer free samples for testing. You may appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will manage all testing logistics. However, you will be responsible for the costs, and the final certificates will be issued in your name.
b. We recommend reputable labs such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV for product testing.
c. Our products are manufactured to meet standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the destination country or region.
a. Please provide the item codes of your desired products, but limit your selection to a maximum of 10 items to ensure a precise quotation.
b. The fewer products you select, the faster we can deliver a detailed quotation. For inquiries limited to 3 products or fewer, we guarantee a response within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive range of over 1500 products, each subject to varying country-specific standards and size requirements. Additionally, fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs necessitate customized quotations based on your specific requests.
