Below, you'll discover comprehensive details about our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sampling process, OEM & ODM services, packaging specifics, confidentiality protocols, product testing procedures, and product selection guidance:
Typically, our MOQ stands at one 20'ft container per item. Nonetheless, certain products are simpler to manufacture, allowing for an MOQ of 3 products mixed within a single 20'ft container. For larger or intricate items necessitating molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance payable within 7 days against the copy of the B/L.
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample costs include the product and freight. The sample price is double the FOB rate or negotiable, plus express delivery fees. If dispatched via express, the prepaid express cost applies. When included in a shipment/container order, no additional freight cost is charged, but the sample fee still applies.

Our standard packing involves a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have unique requirements, please inform us prior to quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties.
b. Designs provided by us or selected from our portfolio must not be released to other vendors/providers.
a. Upon ordering, you may test the product yourself. We offer free samples for testing. You may appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will coordinate with the lab. Testing costs are your responsibility, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. Recommended labs include: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our products adhere to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, tailored to different regions and countries.
a. Kindly provide the item codes for the products of interest. Limit your selection to no more than 10 items for an efficient quotation process.
b. The fewer items you select, the faster we can respond. For inquiries involving 3 or fewer products, a detailed quotation will be provided within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to the extensive variety of over 1500 products and varying regional standards and size requirements. Moreover, exchange rates and raw material costs fluctuate. Hence, we quote based on specific inquiries.
