Below, you will find comprehensive details about our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policy, OEM & ODM services, packing instructions, confidentiality agreements, product testing protocols, and product selection process:

MOQ

Typically, our Minimum Order Quantity is one 20'ft container per item. However, flexibility is available for certain products. For simpler items, the MOQ may be 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.

Payment Term

a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight is acceptable.

Sample

We charge for samples along with their freight. The sample cost is typically double the FOB price or negotiable plus express charges. If sent by express delivery, the express prepaid cost will apply. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost will incur, though the sample charge remains.

OEM & ODM

We welcome both OEM & ODM production requests.

Packing

Our standard packing uses 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. If you have specific packing requirements, please inform us prior to quotation.

Confidentiality

a. We ensure that any provided designs remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.

b. If you select from our designs or we provide the designs, you are prohibited from sharing these designs with other vendors/providers.

Product Test

a. We offer free samples for self-testing of ordered products. You may appoint a testing laboratory in China, and we will manage all testing coordination. Please note, the testing cost is your responsibility, and the final certificates will bear your name.

b. We recommend reputable labs such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV for product testing.

c. Our products adhere to standards like ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, tailored to different countries and regions.

Product Selection

a. To receive an effective quotation, please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in, limiting your selection to no more than 10 items.

b. Fewer product selections enable quicker quotations. For inquiries about 3 or fewer products, a detailed quotation will be provided within 24 hours.

c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive product range exceeding 1500 items, varying standards, size requirements across different regions, and fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs. Each quotation is tailored to specific inquiries.
