Our generally accepted MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, there are exceptions: For simpler products, the MOQ can be as low as 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days upon receiving the copy of B/L.
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample costs and freight are chargeable. The sample cost is generally double the FOB price. If sending by express, we will charge the express prepaid cost. For samples included in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost will occur, but the sample cost still applies.
We gladly accept OEM & ODM production requests.
Our standard packing method involves a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. For specific packing requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. We ensure the confidentiality of your designs and guarantee they will not be released to any third party.
b. If you select or use our designs, you are prohibited from releasing them to any other vendor or provider.
a. You are welcome to test any product you order from us. We provide free samples for testing. You can appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will coordinate all testing-related issues. However, the testing cost is your responsibility, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. Recommended testing labs include SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products comply with various standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, tailored to different countries and regions.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. For an effective quotation, select no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer products you choose, the quicker we can provide a quotation. For inquiries of up to 3 products, we will respond with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list as we offer over 1500 products, each with different standards and size requirements depending on the country. Additionally, fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs necessitate a specific quotation based on your inquiry.
