Generally, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, we offer flexibility for certain products. For items that are simpler to produce, the MOQ may be as low as 3 products per 20'ft container. Conversely, for larger or more complex items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% due within 7 days of receiving the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for both samples and their freight. The sample cost is typically double the FOB price or can be negotiated, plus express shipping fees. If sent by express, the express prepaid cost applies. For samples included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost is incurred, although we will still charge for the sample itself.

Our standard packaging includes a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Should you have specific packaging requirements, kindly inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
b. Designs provided by us or selected from our portfolio should not be shared with any other vendors or providers.
a. We encourage you to test our products. Free samples are available for testing purposes. You may appoint a lab in China for this process, and we will coordinate all testing issues. The cost of testing is your responsibility, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend reputable labs such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV for testing.
c. Our products are manufactured in compliance with standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the requirements of different countries and regions.
a. Please provide the item codes for the products you are interested in, limiting your selection to no more than 10 items for an effective quotation.
b. The fewer products you select, the quicker our response. For inquiries involving no more than 3 products, we can provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to the extensive variety of our over 1500 products, differing country standards, size requirements, fluctuating exchange rates, and raw material costs. Each quotation is tailored to your specific inquiry.
