Here, you will find comprehensive details about our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policies, OEM & ODM services, packaging options, confidentiality agreements, product testing protocols, and product selection guidelines:
Our standard MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, certain products that are simpler to produce may allow for an MOQ of three products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% due within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight is also acceptable.
We charge for both sample costs and freight. The sample cost is typically double the FOB price or as discussed, plus express shipping charges. If samples are sent by express, prepaid express costs will be applied. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost will be incurred, but the sample cost will still apply.
We are equipped to handle both OEM & ODM production to meet your specific needs.
Our standard packing includes a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Should you have specific packing requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. We vow to keep any designs you provide confidential, ensuring they are not disclosed to any third parties.
b. Designs that we provide or that you select from our offerings cannot be disclosed to other vendors or providers.
a. Upon ordering, you may test the product yourself. We provide free samples for this purpose. You may also appoint a lab in China for independent testing, and we will handle all testing communications. However, you must cover the testing costs, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. Recommended testing laboratories include SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products adhere to international standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on regional requirements.
a. To obtain an effective quotation, please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in, with a recommendation of selecting no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer products you choose, the quicker we can generate a quotation. For inquiries involving three or fewer products, we can provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. Due to our extensive product range of over 1500 items and varying standards and size requirements across different countries, along with fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs, we do not maintain a general price list. Quotations are provided based on your specific inquiry.
