Our typical MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, there are exceptions. For easily produced items, the MOQ may be three products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex items that require molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit before production, with the 70% balance due within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample costs are charged at double the FOB price or as discussed, plus express fees. If sent by express, express prepaid costs apply. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost is incurred, but sample charges still apply.

Standard packaging includes a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. For specific packaging requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. We will keep your designs confidential and will not disclose them to any third party.
b. If you select our designs, you cannot share them with any other vendor/provider.
a. You are welcome to test any product yourself. We provide free samples for this purpose. You may appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will handle all testing issues. However, you will need to cover the costs, and the final certificates will be issued in your name.
b. Recommended Testing Labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our products are manufactured according to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, varying by region and country.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. Limit your selection to no more than 10 products for an efficient quotation process.
b. The fewer products you inquire about, the faster we can provide a quotation. For inquiries about three or fewer products, we will reply with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive product range of over 1500 items, varying regional standards, and fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs. Each quote will be tailored to your specific inquiry.
