Our standard MOQ is generally one 20'ft container per item. However, exceptions exist for easily produced items, where the MOQ can be 3 products mixed in one container. For larger or intricate products requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L.
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for samples and their freight. The cost is double the FOB price plus express charges. If shipped by express, the express prepaid cost is charged. If included in an order shipment/container, no additional freight cost will apply, but the sample charge remains.
We are open to both OEM & ODM production.
Our standard packing utilizes a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. For specific packing requirements, please inform us prior to quotation.
a. We guarantee confidentiality for your designs, ensuring they are not disclosed to any third party.
b. If you use our designs, you are prohibited from sharing them with other vendors/providers.
a. You are welcome to test any product you order. We provide free samples for testing. You can appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will coordinate all testing issues. However, you must cover the cost, and the final certificates will be in your name.
b. Recommended labs include: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our products adhere to standards like ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ, depending on the destination country.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in, limiting your selection to no more than 10 items for an effective quotation.
b. The fewer items you select, the quicker we can provide a quotation. For inquiries of no more than 3 products, we will deliver a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive range of over 1500 products, varying country standards, and fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs. Quotes are tailored to your specific inquiry.
