Generally, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is one 20'ft container per item. However, there are exceptions. For products that are easy to produce, the MOQ can be 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days against the copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for samples and their freight. The sample cost is double the FOB price or negotiable, plus express charges. If sent by express, express prepaid costs will apply. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost applies, but the sample charge remains.
We gladly accept OEM & ODM production requests.
Our standard packing involves a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have specific packing requirements, please inform us prior to quote issuance.
a. Any designs you provide will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
b. Should we provide designs or you select our designs, you are prohibited from sharing them with any other vendor/provider.
a. When ordering a product, you're welcome to conduct your own tests. We provide free samples for testing. You may appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will liaise with the lab on all testing matters. You will bear the costs, and the final certificates will be issued in your name.
b. Recommended labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our products are manufactured to meet standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, tailored to different countries and regions.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. For an effective quotation, limit your selection to no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer products you select, the faster we can provide a quotation. For inquiries involving no more than 3 products, we will respond with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive catalog of over 1500 products, varying standards and size requirements across countries, fluctuating exchange rates, and raw material costs. Quotations are tailored specifically to your inquiry.
