Wisewell Holdings Limited Trade Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Our standard Minimum Order Quantity is typically one 20'ft container per item. However, we do make exceptions for certain exclusive products.
2. Payment Terms:
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
b. L/C: Payment must be made via an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
3. Sample Policy:
We charge for both samples and their respective freight costs. The sample cost is typically double the Free on Board (FOB) price, or it can be discussed individually, plus express shipping.
4. OEM & ODM Services:
We are pleased to offer both Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) services to meet your specific needs.
5. Packaging:
Our standard packaging consists of a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have specific packaging requirements, please communicate them prior to quotation.
6. Confidentiality Agreement:
a. All designs provided by our customers will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
b. Customers are prohibited from sharing our proprietary designs with other vendors.
7. Product Testing:
a. Customers are responsible for testing the products themselves. We provide free samples for this purpose.
b. Recommended testing laboratories include SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our production standards adhere to ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ guidelines.
8. Product Selection Process:
a. For accurate quoting, please provide item codes for up to 10 products.
b. Quotes are provided more swiftly when fewer products are selected.
c. Pricing is quoted based on specific inquiries.
