1.Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Generally, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one 20'ft container per item, though there are some exceptions.
For products that are straightforward to produce, the MOQ may be as low as 3 different products mixed in one 20'ft container.
However, for larger or more complex items, where a 20'ft container may only accommodate around 100 pieces, or for products requiring special molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
2.Payment Terms:
a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L.
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
3.Sample Policy
We charge for samples and their freight.
The sample cost is typically double the FOB price or can be negotiated, plus express charges.
If sending by express, the prepaid cost will be charged; if included in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost will occur, though the sample cost still applies.
4.OEM & ODM Services
We welcome both OEM & ODM production requests.
5.Packing Information
We typically use a robust 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have specific packaging requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
6.Confidentiality Assurance
a. Customer-provided designs will be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party.
b. If customers choose our designs, they are not permitted to release these designs to any other vendor/provider.
7.Product Testing
a. Customers should test products themselves, if needed. We offer free samples for testing. Customers may appoint a lab in China to conduct tests; we will coordinate with the lab, but customers must cover the costs. Final certificates will list the customer's name.
b. We recommend the following reputable labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our production adheres to standards applicable across different regions: ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ.
8.Product Selection Guidelines
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in, limiting your selection to no more than 10 items for an effective quote.
b. The fewer products you select, the quicker we can provide a quote.
For inquiries of 3 items or fewer, we will respond with a detailed quote within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive product range (over 1500 items), varying country standards, size requirements, fluctuating exchange rates, and raw material costs. Each quote is tailored to your specific inquiry.
