At Wisewell Holdings Limited, our standard MOQ is generally one 20'ft container per item. However, there are provisions for flexibility. For products that are simpler to manufacture, the MOQ can be as few as 3 items mixed in one 20'ft container. Conversely, for larger or more complex products that necessitate molding, the MOQ remains at one 20'ft container per item.
We offer two convenient payment options:
We charge for sample products and their freight. The sample cost is typically double the FOB price, or as agreed, plus any express charges. Should samples be sent by express, the prepaid cost will be charged. If samples are included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost will be incurred, although the sample charges will still apply.
We welcome both OEM and ODM production. Please share your specific requirements with us and we will accommodate them.
Our standard packing is 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. Should you have any specific packing requirements, kindly inform us before we prepare a quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
b. If designs are provided by us or selected from our offerings, you are not permitted to release these designs to any other vendor or provider.
a. Customers are responsible for conducting their own product tests. We provide free samples for this purpose. You may appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will assist with all related issues. Testing costs are to be covered by the customer, and the final certificates will bear the customer's name.
b. We recommend the following testing labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our production adheres to various standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the country and region.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. For an effective quotation, limit your selection to no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer products you select, the faster we can provide a quotation. If you inquire about 3 or fewer products, we will respond with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. Due to our extensive product range and varying standards, sizes, exchange rates, and raw material costs, we do not maintain a general price list. A quotation will be provided based on your specific inquiry.
