Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is generally one 20'ft container per item, with some exceptions. For products that are easy to produce, the MOQ may be three products mixed in one 20'ft container. However, for larger or more complicated products that require molds, the MOQ is one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L
b. L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight
We charge for samples and their freight. The sample cost is double the FOB price or as discussed, plus express shipping. If the sample is included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost will occur, but we still charge for the sample.
We accept OEM & ODM production.
We generally use 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. If you have specific packaging requirements, please let us know before we provide a quotation.
a. If you provide designs, we will keep them confidential and not release them to any third party.
b. If we provide designs or you select our designs, you cannot release our designs to any other vendor/provider.
a. When you order a product from us, you have the option to test it yourself. We provide free samples for testing. If you choose to test the product in a lab in China, we will assist with the testing process, but you will need to cover the cost. The final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend the following labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. We produce our products according to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the country/area.
a. Please provide us with the item codes of the products you are interested in. To ensure an effective quotation, please choose no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer products you choose, the quicker we can provide a quotation. If you inquire about no more than 3 products, we will reply with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not have a general price list as we offer over 1500 products, and different countries have different standards, sizes, exchange rates, and raw material costs. We will provide a quotation based on your specific inquiry.
