Thank you for your interest in our premium products. Please find the detailed information below regarding our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policies, OEM & ODM services, packaging, confidentiality, product testing, and selection:
Generally, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, there are exceptions. For easier-to-produce items, the MOQ may include 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L.
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for samples and their freight. The sample cost is double the FOB price or negotiable plus express. If sent via express, we will charge the express prepaid cost. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost will apply, but the sample charge remains.
We welcome OEM & ODM production requests.
We typically employ a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have specific requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. If you provide designs, we will maintain confidentiality and will not release them to any third party.
b. If we provide designs or you select our designs, you are prohibited from releasing our designs to any other vendor/provider.
a. When you order a product from us, you can test it yourself. We offer free samples for testing. You may appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will liaise with the lab for all testing matters. However, you need to bear the cost, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend the following labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. We manufacture our products according to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, dependent on different countries and regions.
a. Kindly provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. Please limit your selection to no more than 10 products for an effective quotation.
b. The fewer products you choose, the faster we can provide a quotation. If your inquiry covers no more than 3 products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive catalog of over 1500 products, varying standards, and size requirements across different countries. Additionally, fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs necessitate quotations based on your specific inquiry.
