Thank you for your interest in our products. Below, you'll find comprehensive details about our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policies, OEM & ODM services, packing guidelines, confidentiality commitments, product testing procedures, and product selection process:
Generally, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, there are exceptions. For easier-to-produce products, the MOQ may be as low as three products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% due within 7 days against the copy of the B/L.
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for samples and their freight. The sample cost is double the FOB price, plus express charges if applicable. If sent by express, we charge the express prepaid cost. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost will occur, but we still charge for the sample.
We warmly welcome both OEM & ODM production.
We typically use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have specific requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. If you provide designs, we ensure confidentiality and will not release them to any third party.
b. If you choose our designs or we provide them, you cannot release our designs to any other vendor/provider.
a. When you order from us, you can test the product yourself. We offer free samples for testing. You may appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will liaise with the lab for all testing issues. However, you are responsible for the costs, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend the following labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our products adhere to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the destination country or area.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. Limit your selection to no more than 10 products for an effective quotation.
b. The fewer products you choose, the quicker we can provide a quotation. For inquiries about no more than three products, we will reply with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list as we offer over 1500 products, each subject to different standards and size requirements per country. Additionally, fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs necessitate quoting based on your specific inquiry.
