We appreciate your interest in our exquisite range of products. Below, you'll find comprehensive details about our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policy, OEM & ODM services, packing guidelines, confidentiality assurances, product testing options, and product selection process:
Typically, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, we do offer flexibility. For items that are simpler to produce, the MOQ can be three products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex products requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for samples and their freight. The sample cost is typically double the FOB price or upon discussion, plus express charges. If the sample is sent by express, the express prepaid cost applies. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost is incurred, but the sample cost still applies.
We welcome both OEM & ODM production.
Our standard packing method includes a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Should you have specific packing requirements, kindly inform us prior to receiving your quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
b. If you choose our designs or we provide designs, you must not release them to any other vendor/provider.
a. You are welcome to test any products you order from us. We provide free samples for testing. Should you appoint a lab in China for testing, we will coordinate with the lab on all testing matters. You are responsible for the cost, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. Recommended labs include: SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products adhere to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ, depending on the specific requirements of different countries and regions.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in, with a selection of no more than 10 products for an efficient quotation process.
b. The fewer products you select, the quicker we can deliver a detailed quotation. For inquiries about no more than 3 products, we will respond with a comprehensive quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive catalog of over 1500 products, varying standards, and size requirements across different regions. Additionally, fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs necessitate specific quotations based on your inquiry.
