Thank you for your interest in our products. Below, you'll find comprehensive details about our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policies, OEM & ODM services, packing standards, confidentiality assurances, product testing protocols, and product selection criteria:
Typically, our MOQ stands at one 20'ft container per item. However, we make notable exceptions. For easily producible items, the MOQ is reduced to 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more intricate products requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Samples and their freight are chargeable. The sample cost is double the FOB price or as discussed, plus express shipping. If sent by express, the prepaid cost will be charged. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost is incurred, but the sample cost still applies.
We gladly accept OEM & ODM production requests.
We typically use a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Should you have specific packing requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
b. Any designs provided by us or selected from our offerings must not be released to any other vendors/providers.
a. You are welcome to test our products yourself. We offer free samples for testing. You may appoint a lab in China for such tests, and we will coordinate with the lab. However, the testing costs are your responsibility, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend the following labs for testing: SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products are manufactured in adherence to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, customized to the requirements of different countries and regions.
a. Please provide the item codes for the products you are interested in. For an effective quotation, select no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer products you choose, the quicker we can provide a quotation. For inquiries involving no more than 3 products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive catalog of over 1500 products, varying regional standards, and fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs. We provide quotes based on your specific inquiry.
