Typically, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is one 20'ft container per item. However, for some easily producible items, the MOQ is reduced to 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. Larger or more intricate products, which require molds, will still necessitate one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required prior to production, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, ensuring smooth and secure transactions.
Samples and their freight are chargeable. Sample costs are double the FOB price or as agreed, plus express shipping charges. If sent by express, the prepaid cost applies. If included in a shipment/container, no freight cost incurs, but sample cost remains.

Typically, we use a sturdy 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have specific packing requirements, please inform us before we issue a quotation.
a. Your provided designs are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
b. Designs provided by us or chosen from our selections must not be shared with other vendors/providers.
a. Feel free to test our products yourself. We offer free samples for testing. You may appoint a lab in China, and we will coordinate with them. Testing costs are your responsibility, and final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend testing with the following prestigious labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products adhere to standards like ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, customizable to different countries and regions' requirements.
a. Kindly provide the item codes for products of interest. To ensure an effective quotation, select no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer products you choose, the quicker we can provide a quotation. For inquiries with up to 3 products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. Due to our extensive catalog of over 1500 products and varying standards, we do not maintain a general price list. Quotes are provided based on your specific inquiries.
