1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Our MOQ is typically one 20'ft container per item, with exceptions for certain products.
2. Payment Terms:
a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L
b. L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight
3. Sample:
Samples and their freight are charged. Sample cost is double the FOB price or discuss plus express.
4. OEM & ODM:
We accept OEM & ODM production.
5. Packing:
We use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Specific requirements must be communicated before quotation.
6. Confidentiality:
a. Designs provided by customers are kept confidential.
b. Our designs cannot be released to other vendors.
7. Product Test:
Customers need to test products themselves. Free samples are provided. Customers may appoint labs for testing.
8. Product Selection:
Please provide item codes for up to 10 products for effective quoting. Less products chosen result in quicker quotes.
