Our standard MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, we offer flexibility for certain products that are easier to produce, permitting a MOQ of three mixed products in a single 20'ft container. For larger or more complex items requiring molds, the MOQ remains steadfast at one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance payable within 7 days upon receiving the copy of B/L.
b. Letter of Credit (L/C): We accept an Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for samples and their freight. The sample cost is typically double the FOB price or negotiable, plus express charges. If samples are sent by express, the express prepaid cost will also be charged. If samples are included within an ordered shipment/container, no extra freight cost will be incurred, but the sample charge will still apply.

Our standard packaging includes 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. If you have specific packaging needs, please let us know prior to receiving a quotation.
a. If you provide designs, we guarantee complete confidentiality and will not disclose them to any third party.
b. If we supply designs or you choose from our selection, you are not permitted to share them with any other vendor or provider.
a. You are welcome to conduct your own tests when placing an order with us. We offer free samples for testing. Alternatively, you can appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will coordinate with the lab on all testing matters. Please note that associated costs are your responsibility, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend labs such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV for reliable testing.
c. Our products comply with standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the country or region.
a. Kindly provide the item codes for the products you are interested in. For an effective quotation, please select no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer products you choose, the quicker we can respond with a quotation. For inquiries involving three or fewer products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive portfolio of over 1500 products and varying standards and requirements across different regions. Additionally, fluctuations in exchange rates and raw material costs impact pricing. We provide quotes based on your specific request.
