Below, you'll find comprehensive details on our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policies, OEM & ODM services, packing standards, confidentiality measures, product testing procedures, and product selection guidelines:
Typically, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, exceptions can be made. For easily produced items, the MOQ can be three products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex products requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the 70% balance payable within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: We accept an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample costs are charged at double the FOB price plus express freight cost, unless discussed otherwise. If sent via express, express prepaid cost applies. If included in a shipment/container, no freight cost is charged, but the sample fee still applies.
We gladly accept OEM & ODM production orders to cater to your unique needs.
Our standard packing includes a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. For specific packing requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
b. If you choose our designs or we provide them, you are prohibited from releasing them to any other vendor.
a. You can test products you order. Free samples are available for testing. Appoint a lab in China, and we will handle all testing issues with the lab. Testing costs are borne by you, and certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend the following labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our products meet standards like ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, tailored for different countries and regions.
a. Provide the item codes of products of interest, choosing no more than 10 items for a precise quote.
b. Fewer product selections result in a faster quote. For inquiries of up to 3 products, expect a detailed quote within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive catalog of over 1500 products and varying regional standards and size requirements. Fluctuations in exchange rates and raw material costs further necessitate tailored quotations.
