Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) typically consists of one 20'ft container per item. For certain less complex products, we offer flexibility with an MOQ of 3 mixed products in one 20'ft container. For larger or more intricate products involving molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required prior to production. The remaining 70% balance is due within 7 days upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
b. L/C: We accept an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample costs, including freight, are generally double the FOB price and negotiable, plus express fees. For express delivery, prepaid express costs apply. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost is incurred, but the sample fee still applies.
We enthusiastically welcome all OEM & ODM production requests.
Our standard packaging includes a robust 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. For specific packaging requirements, please inform us prior to quotation.
a. All designs you provide will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party.
b. If you choose our designs or we provide them, sharing them with other vendors/providers is strictly prohibited.
a. We offer free samples for testing purposes. You can opt for testing in a Chinese lab of your choice. We will coordinate the testing, but you are responsible for the costs, and final certificates will carry your name.
b. Recommended testing labs include SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products adhere to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the requirements of different countries and regions.
a. Provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. We recommend limiting your selection to 10 products to facilitate an efficient quotation process.
b. Fewer product choices result in quicker detailed quotations. For inquiries involving up to 3 products, expect a detailed response within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive range of over 1500 products, varying standards, size requirements, fluctuating exchange rates, and raw material costs. Each quotation is customized to your specific inquiry.
