Thank you for your interest in our products. Below, you'll find comprehensive details regarding our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policies, OEM & ODM services, packaging, confidentiality measures, product testing procedures, and product selection guidelines:
Typically, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, certain products are easier to manufacture, allowing for an MOQ of 3 items mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex products requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit prior to production, and the remaining 70% due within 7 days upon receipt of the copy of B/L.
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for samples and their freight. The sample cost is double the FOB price or negotiable, plus express charges. If sent by express, we charge the prepaid express cost. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost applies, but the sample fee is still charged.
We welcome both OEM & ODM production requests.
Our standard packing utilizes a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have any specific packaging requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. Designs provided by you will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
b. If we provide the designs or you choose from our designs, you are not permitted to share them with any other vendor.
a. Upon ordering, you may test the product yourself. We offer free samples for testing purposes. You can appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will liaise with the lab on all testing matters. However, you are responsible for the associated costs, and the final certificates will be issued in your name.
b. Recommended labs include SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products adhere to various standards like ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the country or region.
a. Provide the item codes of the products you're interested in. Please limit your selection to no more than 10 products for an effective quotation.
b. The fewer products you inquire about, the faster we can provide a quotation. For inquiries about 3 or fewer products, we will furnish a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive range of over 1500 products and the varying standards and size requirements across different countries. Additionally, exchange rates and raw material costs fluctuate. We therefore quote based on specific inquiries.
