1. MOQ:
Our MOQ is typically one 20'ft container per item, with exceptions for certain products.
2. Payment Term:
a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L
b. L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight
3. Sample:
We charge for samples and their freight. Sample cost is double the FOB price or as discussed, plus express.
4. OEM & ODM:
We accept OEM & ODM production.
5. Packing:
We use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks, or as per customer requirements.
6. Confidentiality:
a. Designs provided by customers will be kept confidential.
b. Customers cannot release our designs to other vendors.
7. Product Test:
a. Customers need to test products themselves. We provide free samples for testing.
b. Recommended labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
8. Product Selection:
a. Please provide item codes for up to 10 products for effective quoting.
