Typically, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is one 20'ft container per item, but there are flexible exceptions. For easily producible items, the MOQ can be as low as 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or intricate items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item. For instance, a bulky product might fit approximately just 100 pieces in one 20'ft container.
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit required before production commencement, and the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days upon receiving the copy of B/L.
b. Letter of Credit: We accept an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample charges include both the sample cost and freight. The sample fee is typically double the FOB price or can be negotiated, along with express charges. If sent via express, the prepaid express cost applies. For samples included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost will incur, although the sample fee still applies.
We welcome and accommodate both OEM & ODM production requests.
Our standard packing involves a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. For any specific packaging requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. Customer-provided designs are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
b. For designs provided by us or selected from our offerings, customers are restricted from sharing these designs with other vendors/providers.
a. Customers may test products themselves upon ordering. We provide free samples for such testing. Alternatively, customers can appoint a Chinese lab for testing, and we will liaise with the lab for all testing matters. Testing costs are borne by the customer, and the final certification will bear the customer's name.
b. Recommended laboratories for testing include SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products are manufactured to meet standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the target country or region.
a. Please provide the item codes of interest, with a preference for no more than 10 products to facilitate efficient and accurate quotations.
b. The fewer products selected, the faster we can furnish a quote. Inquiries for 3 or fewer products will receive a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. Due to our extensive catalog of over 1500 products, we do not maintain a general price list. Standards, sizes, currency exchange rates, and raw material costs vary by country and time. Quotations are tailored based on specific inquiries.
