Thank you for your interest in our products. Below, you will find comprehensive details about our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policies, OEM & ODM services, packaging methods, confidentiality agreements, product testing procedures, and product selection guidelines:
Typically, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, there are exceptions. For easily produced items, the MOQ may be as low as 3 mixed products in one 20'ft container. For larger or complex items requiring molds, our MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% payable within 7 days upon receipt of the B/L copy.
b. L/C: We accept an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Samples are charged at double the FOB price, plus any applicable express shipping costs. If shipped via express, we charge for the prepaid express cost. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost is incurred, but the sample charge remains.
We proudly accept OEM & ODM production requests.
Our standard packaging consists of a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have specific requirements, please inform us prior to quotation.
a. Designs provided by you will be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party.
b. Designs provided by us or selected from our offerings must not be disclosed to any other vendor or provider.
a. You may test our products yourself. We offer free samples for testing. You can appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will coordinate with the lab on all testing issues, with costs borne by you. Final certificates will bear your name.
b. Recommended labs include: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our products adhere to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, based on the requirements of different countries or regions.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you're interested in. Limit your selection to no more than 10 products for an efficient quotation.
b. The fewer products you inquire about, the quicker our response. For inquiries involving no more than 3 products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive catalog of over 1500 products and varying country-specific standards and size requirements. Additionally, fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs necessitate quotations based on specific inquiries.
