1. MOQ:
Generally, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is one 20'ft container per item. However, there are some exceptions.
For products that are easy to produce, the MOQ may be as low as 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container.
Conversely, larger or more complex products, which may require specialized moulds, might only fit around 100 pieces in a 20'ft container. For these, our MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
2. Payment Term:
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L.
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
3. Sample:
We charge for samples and their freight.
The sample cost is double the FOB price plus express costs, or negotiable.
If sent by express, we charge the prepaid express cost. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost is incurred, but sample charges still apply.
4. OEM & ODM:
We welcome and accept both OEM & ODM production requests.
5. Packing:
We typically use 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. If you have specific packing requirements, please inform us prior to quotation.
6. Confidentiality:
a. Customer-provided designs are kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
b. Designs provided by us, or those selected by customers from our collection, must not be shared with other vendors/providers.
7. Product Test:
a. If testing is desired, customers must arrange it and bear the costs, though we offer free samples for this purpose. Customers can appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will coordinate with the lab. Final certificates will bear the customer's name.
b. We recommend the following labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our manufacturing adheres to various standards, including ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, catering to different countries' requirements.
8. Product Selection:
a. Please provide item codes for the products you are interested in, limiting your selection to no more than 10 items to ensure an efficient quote.
b. The fewer products you inquire about, the quicker we can provide a quote. For queries involving no more than 3 items, detailed quotations are provided within 24 hours.
If you inquire about 3 or fewer products, you will receive a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to the large variety of over 1500 products, varying country standards, sizes, exchange rates, and fluctuating raw material costs. Quotes are provided based on specific inquiries.
