Thank you for your interest in our products. Please find below essential details regarding our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, samples, OEM & ODM services, packing, confidentiality, product testing, and product selection:
Generally, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, there are exceptions. For simpler products, the MOQ can be 3 different products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex products requiring molds, our MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the balance of 70% due within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight is also accepted.
We charge for samples and their freight. The sample cost is typically double the FOB price plus express charges, if applicable. If sent by express, prepaid cost applies. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost is incurred, but the sample charge still applies.
We proudly accept both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) production requests.
Our standard packing method uses a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have specific packing requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
b. If we provide the designs, or you select our designs, you are obligated to keep them confidential and cannot release them to any other vendor/provider.
a. You can test any product you order from us. We offer free samples for testing. You may also appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will liaise with the lab for any testing issues. The testing cost must be covered by you, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend the following testing labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our products meet various standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the specific requirements of different countries and regions.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. For an effective quotation, select no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer the products you choose, the quicker we can provide a quotation. For inquiries about 3 or fewer products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive product range (over 1500 products) and varying standards and size requirements of different countries. Additionally, fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs necessitate specific quotations based on your inquiry.
