Thank you for your interest in our products. Please find below the details regarding our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policies, OEM & ODM services, packing guidelines, confidentiality practices, product testing procedures, and product selection process:
Generally, our MOQ is one 20-ft container per item. However, exceptions exist. For easily producible items, the MOQ may be 3 different products mixed in one 20-ft container. For larger or more complex products necessitating molds, the MOQ remains one 20-ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit before production, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days after receiving the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for samples and their shipping. The sample cost is typically double the FOB price or negotiated, plus express charges. If sent by express, the prepaid cost applies. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight charge occurs, but the sample cost remains.
We gladly accept OEM & ODM production requests.
We generally use 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. If you have specific requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. We will keep your designs confidential and will not disclose them to any third party.
b. If we provide designs or you select from our designs, you are prohibited from sharing them with any other vendor or provider.
a. Upon ordering, you may test the product yourself. We offer free samples for testing purposes. You may appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will coordinate with the lab for all testing issues. You are responsible for the costs, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend the following labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our products are manufactured in accordance with standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the corresponding countries and regions.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. Select no more than 10 products for an efficient quotation process.
b. The fewer products you choose, the faster we can provide a quotation. If you inquire about no more than 3 products, we will deliver a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list since we offer over 1500 products and different countries have varying standards and size requirements. Additionally, exchange rates and raw material costs fluctuate. We quote based on your specific inquiry.
