Our standard MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, exceptions exist. For some simpler products, we can mix 3 items in one 20'ft container. For larger or complex products needing molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit before production, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days of receiving the B/L copy.
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for samples and freight. The sample cost is double the FOB price or upon discussion, plus express fees. For samples sent by express, the express prepaid cost applies. For samples included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost is incurred, though the sample fee still applies.
We proudly offer both OEM & ODM production services.
We typically use 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. If you have specific packing requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
b. If you use our designs or choose from our designs, you may not share them with any other vendor/provider.
a. You can test any ordered product yourself. We offer free samples for testing. Appointing a lab in China is an option, and we will liaise with the lab for all testing issues. You will need to cover the costs, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend using labs such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products adhere to standards like ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the country or region.
a. Share with us the item codes of the products you're interested in, limiting your selection to 10 items for a more efficient quotation process.
b. The fewer products you choose, the faster we can provide a quotation. For inquiries about 3 or fewer products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not offer a general price list due to our extensive catalog of over 1500 products, varying standards and size requirements in different countries, and fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs. We quote based on your specific inquiry.
