Below, you will find comprehensive details on our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sampling process, OEM & ODM services, packaging protocols, confidentiality agreements, product testing procedures, and product selection guidelines:
Typically, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, exceptions exist: for easier-to-produce items, the MOQ may be 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex products that require specialized molds, our MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: We require a 30% deposit before production, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: We also accept an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample costs are charged at double the FOB price or as discussed, including express freight charges. If shipped via express, the express cost is prepaid. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost is incurred, but the sample cost still applies.

Our standard packaging uses a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Should you have specific packaging needs, please inform us prior to receiving a quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties.
b. If you select our designs, you are prohibited from sharing them with other vendors/providers.
a. You may conduct your own tests on our products. We supply free samples for testing purposes. Should you appoint a Chinese lab, we will liaise with the lab on all testing matters, though you are responsible for the associated costs and final certification, which will bear your name.
b. We recommend labs such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV for reliable testing.
c. Our products are manufactured in compliance with various standards including ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the target markets and regions.
a. Provide the item codes for the products of interest, limiting your selection to no more than 10 items for an effective quotation.
b. The fewer the products you inquire about, the quicker we can furnish a quotation. For inquiries concerning 3 or fewer products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive catalog exceeding 1500 products, and varying standards and size requirements across different countries. Additionally, fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs necessitate specific quotes tailored to your inquiry.
