Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is generally one 20'ft container per item. However, some products are simpler to produce, allowing for an MOQ of 3 mixed products in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex products involving molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T payment: 30% deposit is required before production, with the 70% balance due within 7 days against the copy of B/L.
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
We charge for both samples and their freight. Sample costs are typically double the FOB price, or negotiable, plus express fees. If sent by express, we will charge the prepaid express cost. If included in an ordered shipment/container, there is no additional freight cost, but the sample fee still applies.
We welcome OEM & ODM production requests.
Our standard packing uses a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have specific requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
b. If you select our designs or if we provide the designs, you are not permitted to share them with any other vendor/provider.
a. You have the option to test the products you order from us. We offer free samples for testing purposes. You may choose a testing lab in China, and we will handle all testing coordination. However, you are responsible for the costs, and final certificates will bear your name.
b. Recommended testing labs include SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products are manufactured in compliance with standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the specific requirements of different countries and regions.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. We recommend selecting no more than 10 products to ensure an effective quotation process.
b. The fewer the products you choose, the faster we can provide a detailed quotation. For inquiries about up to 3 products, expect a detailed response within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive range of over 1500 products and varying standards and size requirements in different countries. Furthermore, exchange rates and raw material costs are constantly fluctuating. Each quotation is tailored to your specific inquiry.
