1. MOQ: Our MOQ is typically one 20'ft container per item, with exceptions for certain products.
2. Payment Term: Options include T/T payment with a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
3. Sample: Samples and their freight are charged, with sample cost double the FOB price or discuss plus express.
4. OEM & ODM: We accept OEM & ODM production.
5. Packing: We use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks, with customization available upon request.
6. Confidentiality: Designs provided by customers are kept confidential, and vice versa.
7. Product Test: Customers may test products themselves or appoint a lab in China, with suggested labs including SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
8. Product Selection: Customers can choose up to 10 products for effective quoting, with detailed quotations provided within 24 hours for inquiries of no more than 3 products.
