Below, you will find comprehensive details concerning our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policies, OEM & ODM services, packaging standards, confidentiality assurances, product testing protocols, and product selection guidelines:
Typically, our Minimum Order Quantity is one 20'ft container per item. However, we are flexible depending on the product's complexity. For easier-to-produce items, the MOQ can be reduced to 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more intricate items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% due within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample costs are typically double the FOB price plus express charges, if applicable. We charge for both the sample and freight costs. For express delivery, the prepaid express cost is billed. If included in an existing shipment/container, there is no freight charge, but the sample cost is still applicable.
We proudly offer both OEM & ODM production services.
Our standard packaging comprises a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Should you have specific packaging requirements, kindly inform us prior to quotation.
a. All designs provided by you will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
b. Designs authored by us or selected from our offerings must not be shared with any other vendors/providers.
a. You are welcome to conduct independent testing on ordered products. We provide free samples for testing purposes. You may choose a testing laboratory in China, and we will coordinate all testing procedures with the chosen lab. Testing costs are your responsibility, and certificates will bear your name.
b. Recommended laboratories include: SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products are manufactured to comply with standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, tailored to different countries and regions.
a. Kindly provide the item codes of the products you're interested in. For an efficient quotation process, please limit your selection to a maximum of 10 items.
b. The fewer the items you select, the quicker we can process your quotation. If your inquiry includes no more than three products, a detailed quotation will be provided within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive range of over 1500 products, varying standards, and size requirements across different countries, as well as fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs. Each quote is tailored to your specific inquiry.
