Thank you for your keen interest in our products. Herein, we present comprehensive details on our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, samples, OEM & ODM services, packaging, confidentiality, product testing, and product selection:
Typically, our MOQ is a 20'ft container per item. However, for certain products that are easier to produce, the MOQ can be as low as 3 different products mixed within one 20'ft container. For larger or more intricate products requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit before production, with the remaining 70% due within 7 days against the copy of B/L.
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample costs, including freight, will be charged, typically double the FOB price, or as discussed. If samples are sent via express, the express prepaid cost will be billed. However, if samples are included in an ordered shipment/container, there will be no freight charges, though the sample cost still applies.
We gladly accept both OEM & ODM production requests, ensuring bespoke solutions tailored to your needs.
Our standard packaging utilizes a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. For specific packaging requirements, please inform us prior to quotation, so we can accommodate your needs.
a. Designs you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
b. If you use our designs or choose from our selection, you are prohibited from sharing these designs with other vendors/providers.
a. You are welcome to test products yourself. We provide free samples for testing purposes. You may appoint a testing lab in China, and we will coordinate all testing issues. However, you are responsible for the costs, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. Recommended labs include SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products are manufactured in compliance with standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the specific country or region.
a. Kindly provide the item codes for the products you are interested in. For an efficient quotation, please select no more than 10 products.
b. The fewer products you inquire about, the faster we can process your quotation. For inquiries about up to 3 products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. Due to our extensive range of over 1500 products, varying standards, and fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs, we do not have a general price list. Each quotation is tailored to your specific inquiry.
