Thank you for your interest in Wisewell Holdings Limited's products. Below are the details regarding our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policy, OEM & ODM services, packaging, confidentiality guidelines, product testing, and product selection process:
Typically, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, exceptions exist. For easily produced items, the MOQ may be 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more intricate items requiring molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance payable within 7 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Samples and their freight are chargeable. The sample cost is double the FOB price, or negotiable plus express costs. If sent by express, we charge the prepaid express cost. If included in an ordered shipment/container, there is no freight cost, but the sample charge remains.
We offer both OEM & ODM production services.
We generally use 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. Please inform us of any specific requirements before we provide a quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
b. Designs we provide or you select from us cannot be released to any other vendor/provider.
a. You may test any product you order yourself. We provide free samples for testing. You can appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will facilitate all testing issues. You will be responsible for the costs, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. Recommended labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Our products comply with standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ, depending on your region.
a. Provide the item codes of the products you are interested in. Choose no more than 10 products for an effective quotation.
b. The fewer products you select, the quicker we can provide a detailed quotation. For inquiries about up to 3 products, we will reply within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to the vast array of over 1500 products and varying country-specific standards and size requirements. Exchange rates and raw material costs also fluctuate. We quote based on your specific inquiry.
