Thank you for your interest in our products. Below, you'll find comprehensive information regarding our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample policy, OEM & ODM services, packaging standards, confidentiality agreements, product testing protocols, and product selection procedures:
Typically, our Minimum Order Quantity is one 20-ft container per item. However, we offer flexibility; for simpler products, the MOQ may be 3 items mixed in one 20-ft container. For larger or more intricate products that require molds, the MOQ remains one 20-ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% balance within 7 days of receiving the copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample charges apply, including freight. The cost is generally double the FOB price plus express charges. If shipped via express, the express prepaid cost is charged. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost is added, though sample charges still apply.
We welcome both OEM & ODM production requests.
Our standard packaging includes a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Should you have specific requirements, please inform us before we provide a quotation.
a. Any designs provided by you will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
b. Designs provided by us, or selected from our portfolio, cannot be disclosed to any other vendor/provider by you.
a. Upon ordering, you may test the product yourself. We offer free samples for testing, and you can also appoint a lab in China for testing. We will liaise with the lab, though you will need to cover the costs. The final certificates will bear your name.
b. Recommended labs include SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Our products adhere to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the country and region.
a. Provide us with the item codes of the products you're interested in, selecting no more than 10 items for an effective quotation.
b. The fewer products you select, the faster we can provide a quote. For inquiries about 3 or fewer products, expect a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive catalog of over 1500 products and varying standards and size requirements by country. Additionally, fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs necessitate quotations based on specific inquiries.
