Wisewell Holdings Limited presents the following trade terms and conditions:

1. MOQ: Our MOQ is typically one 20'ft container per item, with exceptions for certain products based on ease of production or size.
2. Payment Term: Options include T/T payment with a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against the copy of B/L, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
3. Sample: Samples and freight are charged, with sample cost double the FOB price or as discussed, plus express charges.
4. OEM & ODM: We accept OEM & ODM production.
5. Packing: Standard packing includes 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks, with customization available upon request.
6. Confidentiality: Designs provided by customers are kept confidential, and the same applies to Wisewell's designs.
7. Product Test: Customers are encouraged to test products themselves, with free samples provided. Testing can be conducted by appointed labs in China, with costs borne by customers.
8. Product Selection: Customers are advised to provide item codes of interest, with a limit of 10 products for effective quoting.
