Company Name: Wisewell Holdings Limited

1. MOQ: Our MOQ is generally one 20'ft container per item, with exceptions for certain products.
2. Payment Term: T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L. L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
3. Sample: Samples and freight are charged. Sample cost is double the FOB price or discuss plus express.
4. OEM & ODM: We accept OEM & ODM production.
5. Packing: We use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks; specific requirements must be communicated before quotation.
6. Confidentiality: Designs provided by customers are kept confidential; customers cannot release our designs to other vendors.
7. Product Test: Customers need to test products themselves; free samples provided. We suggest labs like SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV for testing.
8. Product Selection: Please provide item codes of interest, up to 10 products for effective quoting. No general price list due to product variety and market differences.
