1. MOQ:
Our MOQ is typically one 20'ft container per item, with some exceptions based on product complexity and size.
2. Payment Term:
a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L
b. L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight
3. Sample:
We charge for samples and their freight. Sample cost is double the FOB price or discuss plus express.
4. OEM & ODM:
We accept OEM & ODM production.
5. Packing:
We use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks; specific requirements should be communicated before quotation.
6. Confidentiality:
a. Designs provided by customers will be kept confidential.
b. Customers cannot release Wisewell's designs to other vendors.
7. Product Test:
a. Customers need to test products themselves; free samples are provided. Testing can be done by appointed labs in China.
b. Recommended labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Production standards: ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ standards.
8. Product Selection:
a. Please provide item codes for up to 10 products for effective quoting.
b. Quicker quoting for fewer products chosen.
c. No general price list due to product variety and changing costs; quotes based on specific inquiries.
