Thank you for your interest in our exceptional products. Below, you will find comprehensive details concerning our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), payment terms, sample provision, OEM & ODM services, packaging, confidentiality agreements, product testing procedures, and the product selection process:
Typically, our MOQ is set at one 20'ft container per item. However, there are exceptions to this rule. For some easily produced items, the MOQ may be reduced to 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For larger or more complex products that necessitate specialized molds, the MOQ remains one 20'ft container per item.
a. T/T Payment: A 30% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining 70% balance due within 7 days upon receiving the copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
b. L/C: An irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
Sample costs and freight are charged. The sample cost is double the FOB price or negotiable plus express charges. If shipped via express, the prepaid express cost applies. When included in an ordered shipment/container, no additional freight cost is incurred, but the sample cost is still applicable.

Our standard packaging involves a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Should you have specific requirements, kindly inform us prior to quotation.
a. Any designs you provide will be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to any third parties.
b. Conversely, if we provide designs or you select from our designs, you must not release them to any other vendor or provider.
a. Upon ordering a product, you are welcome to conduct your own testing. We offer free samples for this purpose. You may also appoint a lab in China to handle testing, and we will liaise with the lab on all testing matters. Note that you will be responsible for the costs, and the final certificates will bear your name.
b. We recommend the following testing labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. We manufacture our products in compliance with various standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, and AS/NZ, depending on the requirements of different countries and regions.
a. Please provide the item codes of the products you are interested in, selecting no more than 10 products for an efficient quotation process.
b. The fewer products you select, the quicker we can deliver a quotation. For inquiries involving no more than 3 products, we guarantee a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to our extensive range of over 1500 products, the varying standards and sizes required by different countries, and fluctuating exchange rates and raw material costs. Each quotation is tailored to your specific inquiry.
