1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our MOQ varies depending on the product type, ranging from one 20'ft container per item to 3 products mixed in one container.
2. Payment Terms: We accept T/T payment with a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L. We also offer payment via irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
3. Sample Policy: Samples and their freight charges are applicable. The sample cost is double the FOB price or as discussed, plus express charges if applicable.
4. OEM & ODM: We welcome OEM & ODM production.
5. Packing: Our standard packing includes a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. Specific packing requirements should be communicated before quotation.
6. Confidentiality: Customer designs are kept confidential, and mutual non-disclosure agreements are expected.
7. Product Testing: Customers are encouraged to conduct product testing, with free samples provided. Testing can be done through recommended labs such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
8. Product Selection: Please provide item codes of interest, limiting selections to 10 products for efficient quoting. Quick responses are guaranteed for inquiries of up to 3 products.
