1. MOQ:
Generally, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is a single 20'ft container per item, with some exceptions.
For easy-to-produce items, the MOQ might be three products mixed in a single 20'ft container.
However, for large or complex products, including those requiring molds, one 20'ft container per item is necessary as it may only accommodate around 100 pieces.
2. Payment Term:
a. T/T Payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
b. L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
3. Sample:
Samples and their freight are chargeable.
The sample cost is double the FOB price or negotiable, plus express charges.
For samples sent by express, we charge the express prepaid cost. If included in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost applies, but the sample cost remains.
4. OEM & ODM:
We accept both OEM & ODM production requests.
5. Packing:
We typically use a 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. For specific requirements, please inform us before we provide any quotation.
6. Confidentiality:
a. Designs provided by customers will be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party.
b. For designs provided by us or selected by customers, they must not be released to any other vendor/provider.
7. Product Testing:
a. Customers need to test the products themselves if required. Free samples for testing are provided. Customers can appoint a lab in China for testing, bearing the cost, with final certificates issued in their name.
b. Recommended labs include SGS, Intertek, TUV, and BV.
c. Compliance with regional standards like ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ is ensured in our production.
8. Product Selection:
a. Please provide item codes of interest, choosing no more than 10 products for an efficient quotation process.
b. Fewer chosen products result in quicker quotations.
For inquiries of up to 3 products, detailed quotations are provided within 24 hours.
c. We do not maintain a general price list due to over 1500 products, varying standards, sizes, and changing raw material costs. Quotations are tailored to specific inquiries.
