Our MOQ is typically one 20'ft container per item, with exceptions for certain products.

2. Payment Term:

a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L

b. L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight

3. Sample:

We charge for samples and their freight. Sample cost is double the FOB price or discuss plus express.

4. OEM & ODM:

We accept OEM & ODM production.

5. Packing:

We use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks; specific requirements should be communicated before quotation.

6. Confidentiality:

a. Designs provided by customers will be kept confidential.

b. Our designs cannot be released to other vendors by customers.

7. Product Test:

a. Customers need to test products themselves; we provide free samples for testing.

b. Recommended labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.

c. Production standards: ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ standards.

8. Product Selection:

a. Please provide item codes of interest, limited to 10 products for effective quoting.

b. Quicker quoting with fewer products selected.

c. No general price list due to product variety and changing costs; quotes based on specific inquiries.
