1. MOQ: Our MOQ is generally one 20'ft container per item, with exceptions for certain products.
2. Payment Term: T/T payment requires a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L. L/C option available.
3. Sample: Samples and freight charges apply. Sample cost is double the FOB price or as discussed, plus express fees.
4. OEM & ODM: We accept OEM & ODM production.
5. Packing: We use 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks; specific requirements must be communicated before quotation.
6. Confidentiality: Designs provided by customers are kept confidential; customers cannot release our designs to other vendors.
7. Product Test: Customers may test products themselves or appoint a lab in China. We recommend labs such as SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
8. Product Selection: Please provide item codes for up to 10 products for effective quoting. We do not have a general price list due to the variety of products and changing costs.
