1. MOQ:

Our MOQ is typically one 20'ft container per item, with exceptions for certain products.

For easy-to-produce items, the MOQ may be 3 products mixed in one container.

For large or complex products, the MOQ is one 20'ft container per item.

2. Payment Term:

a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L

b. L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight

3. Sample:

We charge for samples and their freight.

The sample cost is double the FOB price or discuss plus express.

If sent by express, we charge the prepaid cost; if included in an ordered shipment, no freight cost will occur.

4. OEM & ODM:

We accept OEM & ODM production.

5. Packing:

We use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks; specific requirements should be communicated before quotation.

6. Confidentiality:

a. Customer designs will be kept confidential.

b. Our designs cannot be released to other vendors.

7. Product Test:

a. Customers need to test products themselves; free samples are provided.
