1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Our MOQ is typically one 20'ft container per item, with exceptions for certain products. Some products may have a lower MOQ if they are easy to produce, while larger or more complex products require a full 20'ft container per item.
2. Payment Terms:
a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L
b. L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight
3. Sample:
We charge for samples and their freight. Sample cost is double the FOB price or as discussed, plus express shipping fees.
4. OEM & ODM:
We accept OEM & ODM production.
5. Packing:
We use 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks. Specific packing requirements should be communicated before quotation.
6. Confidentiality:
a. Customer designs will be kept confidential.
b. Our designs cannot be shared with other vendors.
7. Product Test:
a. Customers need to test products themselves. Free samples are provided for testing.
b. Recommended testing labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Production standards: ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ.
8. Product Selection:
a. Provide item codes for up to 10 products for effective quoting.
b. Quicker quotes for fewer products selected.
c. Customized quotes based on specific inquiries.
